I have celiac disease and the worker that was making my pizza made sure to take everything from under the counter that hasn’t been used yet to make sure there was no cross contamination. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

My son is celiac and we are always concerned with possible cross contamination especially at restaurants that aren’t dedicated gluten-free. Dilhara (I’m sorry if I’m spelling the name wrong) was amazing and clearly allergy-aware. She made sure to change her gloves, and use toppings that were under the counter where the risk of cross contamination was minimal. Excellent care and attention to customer service for allergies.
