Scramblers

I placed an order for two mini classic breakfast meals through DoorDash. One of the meals was meant to be gluten-free, and had gluten free toast ordered. The other was meant to have pancakes and an english muffin on the side. Instead, we received two orders of gluten-free toast and an english muffin. We called DoorDash, who confirmed we placed the order correctly, and they sent a replacement order. Then, we received a call from a female manager who had a very rude attitude, claiming we placed the order wrong and telling us to cancel the replacement order because we'd "get the same thing", refusing to understand that only ONE meal was meant to be gluten-free (even though she had no issue giving us the english muffin). We paid full price for something we did not order and got an attitude for a mistake that was not ours.

I've been here several times. Food is pretty good. Eggs are great! I like that they have gluten free items for me. I wish they had a few more, ( like pancakes!) We have had mostly good servers too. The coffee is awful though. Will not order that any more.
