Personally, I feel as though it is overhyped. The food is pretty good, however, I always leave unsatisfied. The portion to price ratio is off. Their menu is very allergy conscious, which is great, however I am on a restrictive diet, and they don’t do well with requests. I was going to have a burger lettuce wrapped or with a gluten free bun…but this is the first time I’ve been denied a lettuce wrap, and been told that there is no gluten free bun at a “nicer” restaurant. Which is strange since it is now a common allergy. They did have a plate that worked for me, but again, their portion to price ratio is off. The service is mostly good, 2/3 times it has been. But last time I went, the guy who served us was high and made us all feel a little uncomfortable. The food was also like an hour late, but it was because the owner was out of town. The atmosphere is really good! I like the location it is very cute! And the people there are friendly. Overall, a fairly good experience. I feel like people hype it up a little too much from this area. This is not my first pick to eat out, but still in the top 5 for the Dayton area.

Hidden gem! I have really high standards for restaurants and wasn't sure what to expect here but I was blown away. The BBQ was excellent, bourbon bacon burger was excellent, collards were some of the best I've ever had, and the Cajun fries actually had enough seasoning on them. Gluten-free options are great! Would definitely eat here again next time I'm in town.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was not impressed with the food we ordered, though some dishes that others ordered looked tasty. My grandchildren had the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were fantastic. The chicken lacked seasoning and flavor. The classic burger was just a burger, not the best and definitely not the worst. The fries were really salty. I will go back again and try something else next time. The chicken was prepared gluten free for my celiac grandbaby. Again, great friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere.
