I eat Gluten Free and Scuola Vecchia makes their own GF dough for their pizza which almost no places do, most restaurants that serve pizza who have GF or cauliflower crust usually buy it from a distributor. This home made GF dough is excellent, very tasty. Their sauce is fresh and light, with quality cheese. Yes their prices are a bit higher than other places but I feel I get what I'm paying for. There's a sea of mediocrity out there and I prefer higher quality food and am happy to pay for it when I find it. The Neapolitan style is of course different than other pizza so it does depend on my mood as to which style (and therefore place) I go to. If you eat GF, then definitely try theirs to see what you think about it.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for sometime based on a TikTok page I follow … but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a pizza and salad for pickup, got there about 15 mins after I ordered. It was a margarita pizza. I decided to taste it in the car and it was was lukewarm. Margarita pizzas have about 3 ingredients, it was missing one them, the basil. After realizing this, I went back in and they gave me basil to sprinkle on it. It was also a gluten free pizza and the dough was terrible. Slimy tasting and hard, the crust was also too burnt, literally bitter tasting. The salad was very small and I paid $10 extra for shrimp. I was told it was the extra large shrimp, literally normal size and only 4 shrimps and they were over cooked and very hard. Paid $43 for a small pizza and a small salad with 4 pieces of over cooked shrimp. I really wish I could get my $ back because it was definitely not worth it. I’ve been to many pizza places that serve gluten free pizza and salads that have been really good. This place is overpriced and not worth it at all!
