My wife has Celiac, so finding good gluten free options is sometimes a challenge. Se Llama Peru was a great experience though. We had some questions and the chef/owner came out to answer them. He offered to make Limo Saltado (has french fries) with a new batch of oil so they wouldn't get cross contaminated. There are some dishes that include soy sauce, and he can make them with gluten free soy sauce. The food is so delicious, such great flavors, and such a wonderful experience!
