Poor service: I sat in this restaurant for 1hr 10 min and was never fed. Here's how: I ordered a burger and it came out with the wrong toppings, TWICE. Plus, both remakes took over 12 minutes to come to me. (12 minutes for the first, 14 minutes for the second, which is about the same amount of time that it took to deliver our food the first time.) Typically a remake is put at the front of the line, apparently not here. By the time remake #1 came, my husbands food was cold (he was trying to be kind and wait to eat with me). By the time remake #2 came, my husband had eaten his dinner (b/c it was getting really ridiculous to keep waiting.) I opted to take remake #2 to go, as I didn't want to sit there any longer, queue major frustration. We were a two top. A four top next to us sat after us, ordered after us, got their food, ate, paid their bill, and left, all before I was correctly given the food that I ordered. Pros: Beautiful back deck overlooking the water, and gluten free beer option. They comped both of our meals b/c we asked them to.

Delicious clam chowder, and gluten free!!! Tasty chain of restaurants, like a TGIF for seafood in New England. They labeled with dishes are, or could be, gluten free on the menu which was wonderful! I felt like I could order like a normal person. The food did take an inordinately long time to come, so factor that in if you have somewhere to be. The staff were very kind and helpful though! Try to sit in the first room you walk into, don't let them tuck you away in the room to the right. Not only are there no views in that room, it might be a Bermuda triangle of food service. The fries were freaking PERFECT omg I wish I was still eating them right now. They also have an elevator that spans three floors. The top floor looks like a bar area from Being John Malkovich, but it was closed when we were there. The bottom floor is the basement, standard terrifying New England basement where you expect an It clown to peer out from behind a door.
