Amazing fish and chips, even more awesome they do gluten free and it's really good!! I have not had fish and chips for years after being diagnosed gluten intolerant. The batter was beautifully light and crunchy and the chips really well done. No smell of old oil here and the taste of the food said they refresh the oil often.
