This is the best restaurant I've been to in a long long time. First of all— great attention to gluten free dietary restrictions. The service was amazing. Ryan was our server and he was fantastic, gave us great recommendations for the wines. Everything came out to our table super fast, servers were in and out with drinks and plates. The Brussels sprouts are amazing. The toro was the best tuna belly I've had since Shiro's, which I thought was an untouchable standard. I ordered more after my first round. It melts in the mouth. The steelhead entree with ancho chili was incredible, flavorful, plated beautifully. The house made truffles were seriously way better than I ever expected. Every single one on the tray was great which honestly is unusual for a variety of chocolates cuz usually there's at least one that I'm not a big fan of. ALSO THE CREME BRULEE.... the bourbon one was amazing. I had never had a creme brulee that wasn't just vanilla before and they really proved that deviating from the standard can pay off. We came with a couple babies and the 9 month old had the Mac n cheese from the kids menu and she ate so much, it was awesome. We had never seen her eat so much solid food in one sitting so obviously if she could write a review she'd give this place a perfect rating 😂 I'm gonna come back for my anniversary. I love love love this restaurant!! It's my official new favorite place to eat.

I don’t know if I’ve ever been qualified to write a restaurant review, but here we are. Seastar knocked it out of the park, folks. They actually have gluten-free options marked on the menu, which—let me tell you—feels like finding a winning lottery ticket. It’s a big deal. Usually, you have to play detective or interrogate the waiter like you’re on a crime show. Not here. They’ve got it sorted out for you, and it’s refreshing. Now, let’s talk about the jambalaya. I didn’t know food could taste like a celebration, but that’s what it felt like. There’s a party happening on the plate, and I was lucky to get an invite. It’s spicy, it’s savory, it’s just everything you want and more. If jambalaya were a person, it’d be the life of the party—hands down. The staff? Super chill. They’re not hovering over you like you’re about to steal the silverware, but they’re there when you need them. It’s the perfect balance. Atmosphere? Spot-on. Fancy, but not too fancy—you don’t feel like you need to sell your car just to eat there. So yeah, Seastar, five stars. Gluten-free friends, jambalaya fans, or anyone who just likes good food—you need to check this place out.
