Celiacs or GF folks do need to be a little careful here, but the servers tend to know what's what.

since moving to the neighborhood 5 months ago, Second Nature has become our runaway favorite for food in both PB and La Jolla.
everyone working there is so friendly and the food is fantastic. It's also an excellent choice if you are looking for vegan, plant based, or gluten free food. I highly enjoy their creations both with and without meat. 5 stars seems low for this rating. Thank you Second Nature for hitting a north PB home run!
