Forget gluten-free and vegan - this was the BEST soft serve ice cream I have ever had. Perfectly balanced flavors, a Goldilocks amount of sweetness, and a creamy texture that lit up my taste buds.
My friend and I shared the tahini matcha swirl with original tahini drizzle and almond halva topping. The bitterness of the tahini with the nutty bite of the halva was a match made in heaven.
The matcha and tahini flavors balanced each other while still standing their own ground. I wish I could eat at Seed + Mill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

We visit Seed and Mill whenever we visited Chelsea Market in NYC. There are so many flavors of halva to choose from and taste testing is allowed and encouraged. Their halva is some of the best we had ever had. The halva is all Kosher, gluten, vegan, all natural and palm oil free. Many different size options avaiable. They also have tahini and dairy free ice cream.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Stop on by.
