Seed is my favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities area! As someone who has to eat gluten-free and vegan, it's not easy to find places with options other than a boring salad. Seed goes above and beyond in healthy food that tastes delicious! I always struggle to make holiday meals but Seed has me covered there too. I've done three or four holiday meal kits in the last year and they've all been SO delightful. On top of that, the staff and owners of Seed are so kind, service is always great, and the restaurant itself is lovely. Thank you Seed Cafe!
