This place has saved my life. Koh Phangan is gluten free friendly but not celiac friendly. Since there is usually cross contamination! This place is celiac safe and is all gluten free. And everything is super tasty. You just have to order in advance and pick up. So far i had focaccia, chocolate chip cookies, buckwheat bule and fermented buckwheat bread... All were amazing. Im so happy im able to eat healthy, fresh bread! Thank you!
