Honestly, I was hesitant at first. Being told it was vegan and gluten free i was fully expecting to have to go get an after-dinner burger somewhere else. I was very pleasantly proven wrong in my assumption. The Korean Bison Ribs were amazing, best I've had, and massive serving. The salmon looked amazing and I'll get that next time. Highly recommend.

amazing. organic, gluten free, dairy free. flavor was awesome and the entrees are a really nice size. we felt satisfied when we were done eating. we had the lettuce wraps, bison short ribs and a pad thai like entree that was amazing.
