Seidenzucker is a gluten-free patisserie and café at Rüdigerstraße 2 in Wiesbaden-Südost, opened in May 2026 in a building that housed a bakery for a century. The entire menu is gluten-free: sourdough breads, rolls, pretzel items, cinnamon rolls, cakes, croissants and macarons are baked daily in the shop's own gluten-free bakery, alongside a morning breakfast menu.
