I felt I had to try this place and my instinct never disappoints. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, celiac or omnivorous it makes little difference: you have to try the delicacies of Selezione Naturale. Our dinner was completely vegan. We started with a mixed platter to try their 5 appetizers (highly recommended if you want to opt for a simple aperitif) but then captivated by the proposal of first and second courses we were tempted and we stumbled upon a gnocco and a chickpea mopur Wellington to lick your lips. And to finish in style we split a chocolate mousse with fresh apples and pears that took me back to my mother's mousse, winning me over at the first spoonful. I really recommend this place for the unique mix of simplicity, innovation and taste it deserves 10 and praise. It is always better to book because the space is small and the seats sell out quickly.
