I have been to Sello’s a few times since they opened and they have always been amazing! I have celiac disease (which means I can’t eat gluten). Last night I went with a few friends and we had Amanda as our server, she was wonderful! Ive had her a few times before, she remembered me and that I was gluten free. She was helpful and patient with my order and doubled checked with the kitchen on the dish I wanted to try to make sure it was gluten free (risotto is flawless by the way). Just outstanding service and I will definitely be requesting her every time.

Very tasty and didn't have any reaction to my Celiac's (ate the salmon over spinach). My wife and I will go again for sure.
