About half an hour ago, I went to order a hamburger with gluten-free bread. While they were preparing it I went to the counter to remember that I ordered the gluten-free bread. The girl who served admitted that she had forgotten to write down the gluten-free item. Then a lady came and she told me that I had to pay 30 kr more just for the gluten-free bread. So I refused to do it, because it seemed like abuse to me. Therefore I canceled the order and left the place very disappointed.
