For those who are celiac after trying gluten, they know how difficult it is to eat without it, or rather, to find foods that are as good as the blessed gluten - and the pizza at Senza Grano is SO perfect! I ordered the Portuguese and American flavors for the first time and they were both approved! The dough is very similar to the “original dough”, and the flavor is surreally good! I highly recommend it for celiacs who discovered the disease after eating gluten and for those who have always had it!
