Thank goodness for 100% Gluten free establishment...so rare, but so appreciated for true Celiacs. Gluten disorders are not taken seriously by those who are lucky enough not to be afflicted, but this deadly disorder is no joke; almost killed my husband before we learned he had developed this disease. Life changing diet adjustments eliminated most restaurants that only offer Gluten free menu items...which does not work out for his sensitivity level. Wish there were more 100% GF establishments like Seoul Spice and 521 Cafe
