Sergio's Cucina Italiana & Steaks

FANTASTIC food. First off, they have gluten-free pasta so my wife was super happy. I had the steak tortellini. It was expensive, but it's a 2 meal dish and I brought half home. The fried mozzarella cheese was a huge appetizer. There is a 2nd location in Charleston, but we picked this Hurricane location for convenience as my wife and I don't particularly like driving into Charleston. The only negative is that it's very loud. When I pay this much for food, I would like it a little quieter. Not sure what the management can do about that, though.

Went for dinner today. My husband called ahead to ensure they have gluten free pasta. Ordered dinner, gluten free pasta with grilled chicken (unbreaded) and meat sauce. My food came quickly. Was brought breaded chicken even though I stressed that I have celiac disease. Breaded chicken on gluten free pasta. Don't get it. Guess they don't care about what customers request. If they would have told me they couldn't accommodate I would have been fine. They did offer to fix a new plate but that it would be a while if I wanted to wait. Don't know why I would have to wait when I didn't initially. Will not eat there again. Fratellis Italian is awesome, will go there.
