It’s ok. Not really anything amazing about their burgers, but they’re cheaper than other restaurants that offer burgers. I find it strange they offer gluten free pizza crust, but not gluten free buns for their burgers and sandwiches. They also don’t indicate whether anything on their menu is gluten free, so you may get a gluten free crust for your pizza, but who knows if the sauce is gluten free. I feel like it takes minimal effort for restaurants to have gluten free offerings. Obviously cross contamination happens, but you also probably won’t find celiacs dining anywhere but a dedicated gluten free facility or at least one that really knows how to limit cross contamination. Some people with non-celiac gluten sensitivity don’t have to be quite as strict about cross contamination, so just do the work and find out what’s gluten free, offer some GF options, and note gluten and other allergens on your menu. It’s not really that difficult and you’ll increase the amount of people who will dine at your establishment.
