I was craving a bakery treat, and Seth’s Coffee in Little Chute absolutely delighted me. Their gluten free pineapple muffin had a perfect texture, soft with just the right amount of sweetness. The focaccia bread was incredible, savory with crisp edges and a fluffy interior. The strawberry basil lemonade was vibrant and refreshing, beautifully balanced with zesty lemon, fragrant basil, and sweet strawberry. Best of all, Chef Howaida was a true highlight. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, adding a heartfelt and personal touch to every order. We will definitely return and look forward to trying more from their amazing in-house bake shop.
