Had a gluten-free pizza and was amazing, but unfortunately, I got sick😫

Love the pizzas. Love the 00 flour as it’s gentler on the tummy and has less gluten than American high protein flour. Pizzas are always tender and delicious. My personal fave the seasonal cream and mortadella pie. My spouse likes the four seasons pie (Quattro staggione).
My pro tip is to get a lunch sized pie. It’s cheaper and the same size you would get in Europe. If you don’t over eat then you can get a gelato 😉
