Our food was delicious. I need to eat Gluten-Free (if I don't want to feel awful later), and I did not have any reactions from swapping out corn tortillas for the flour ones in a quesadilla. If you have Celiac, you should definitely ask more questions on the preparation practices to be sure it is safe for you. I got a quesadilla & my daughter got a full-of-gluten chimichanga (which she devoured!). I was fine with the flan (it was not the smoothest flan I've ever had, but the flavor was good), and she loved her fried ice cream (not GF).
