This “cafe” is so bad that I created a Google account just to write this review. New to the area, moving day equals pizza for dinner. Google reviews stated “best gluten free base” which is necessary for my Celiac partner. Therefore, we called and placed an order. The phone call should have warned me enough that this wasn’t going to end well. -someone who didn’t appear confident in knowing their menu, order system or customer service and I had to repeat things to multiple times. We took our chances and were very happy when the delivery showed up dead on 30 minutes (hence the only star). Disappointed and disgusted doesn’t even start to explain the feelings we both had when opening the boxes though. Both bases were GF, despite repeating twice over the phone “normal base” on the second. The toppings on one pizza were wrong and both pizzas had next to no toppings at all. WORST PIZZAS I HAVE EVER SEEN. We drove directly to the store (knowing how frustrating another phone call would be) and were met with an argumentative and frustrating Manager. He chose to argue with us over 10c, showed us the hard copy in store menu is different to the online menu and argued that we had ordered it wrong ourselves and confused him by interchanging toppings. He then proceeded to bring out the cook who stated “well if you take toppings off, you don’t get much on the pizza. We won’t add more of what is left, that’s expensive” is she serious?! 2 pizzas just cost us almost $51 and you think $2 worth of ham shouldn’t be placed on the pizza to make up for taking mushroom off?! The pizza shouldn’t be ordered and the staff shouldn’t be spoken to. Boycott this place, it doesn’t deserve your business and certainly not your hard aren’t money.
