Shagga Coffee & Restaurant: Celiac-friendly injera ! I tested mine with GlutenTox at 5 ppm. Also some of the vegetarian side items. Nice enough for my family to enjoy. Injera was “Baked in Ethiopia." (Ye Emaye Injera” by Eqatera) Injera was fine to eat with aded vegetables Be sure to ask for gluten-free injera, not regular. For better injera taste I buy injera made in Minneapolis and shipped express nationwide by Shega Foods: https://www.shegafoods.com (No connection between Shagga and Shega.) Don’t eat here if you need gluten free food. Though they have GF injera, they are sloppy about it in the service. We asked for GF with the order. When the food came, I forgot to confirm the order. By the time I thought to check, I had already eaten a few bites. When the waiter explained that the cook had forgotten the order, they didn’t even offer to redo the meal or discount it. Absolutely sick for 2 weeks.
