Great place for burgers, fries, and shakes! One of the few places with a gluten-free bun that isn't horribly dry. Service is quick and the place is clean. The app can be glitchy so we usually place our order at one of the kiosks inside the store.

I live in the neighborhood so location with easy parking convenient. The problem is with their gluten free buns. I have a gluten sensitivity but not allergy. I know their kitchen is not gluten free but after 30yrs of avoiding gluten I know when I've been wheated. Often stomach discomfort and face rash are the tell. I think that Shake Shack Kitchen is so busy that they occ use the wrong bun. My last burger had bacon on it although not ordered. 3 hrs later the stomah ache and rash. If you are eating gluten free avoid buns.Even when staff said the bun is gluten free and the order print out has charge for gluten free bun I'd be wary.
