The kiosks can’t accommodate for allergies like celiac. Unable to order allergy-safe without speaking to someone, but they don’t have staff available to help at the register unless you’re doing a “cash only payment” as they’re so busy and understaffed (management’s fault not the staff). Same issue with Newbury street and Prudential. Only location which gets this right is Times Square in Manhattan.
