Shake Shack Downtown Brooklyn

Lunch hour was busy and we waited 25 minutes for our food. It was a mess of people waiting for their order and people trying to find the line to place an order. That said, the gluten-free hamburger (+$1) was really good, one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Good food but surprisingly slow service.

A BIG plus is that they offer gluten free buns! And they are fluffy and light. The burgers were ok, abit to greasy and plain for me I didn't get that wow moment. But now I've tried it. Besides that I think the menu is confusing just because they don't have menus. So what should I order, to much to think about. Second, there is nothing on the spot saying this is Shake Shack. Confusing. Third order a burger for my kid. Got a burger with nothing but buns and meat. It didn't go down well. The hype has affected my review. I was looking forward to this, but became disappointed. Maybe someday I'll try again.
