Shake Shack Hartsdale

2nd time I have visited for food. Waited in line several mins to order (close to 5), with only 2 people in front of me. A friendly staff member tried to help and pointed out that I could use a kiosk. I did, and ordered a gluten free cheeseburger. I asked the the Shack sauce was GF, and she didn't know. The other employee she asked also didn't know. They had to ask the person that was trying to ring up the orders manually, once they weren't busy taking an order from the customer. I finally it's my order and went to pay and the kiosks are only good to pay electronically not cash. I would have had to go back in line where 3 more people were waiting, so I ended up leaving. They tried to help, but it wasn't a great experience overall. A cheat sheet of allergens should have been available to customers or staff at the counter. And it should been made clear at the kiosks at the time of order that it was credit card only.

Excellent customer service, the team was very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my gluten free needs. Will definitely go back, highly recommend
