I’m a celiac and needed my food Gf. I messed up when ordering it but Sabrina didn’t event hesitate to make sure my burger was re made celiac safe. Sabrina is a 5 star and a great asset to Shake Shack!

Very attentive, the lady that helped me made sure my gluten-free choice made it to me, flavor was great, portions were amazing. Only downside is the gluten free bun is a little dry it crumbled before I could finish my burger. It's something I've noticed is hard for many burger joints to get a good quality gluten-free bun. Other then that it was clean, the manager came around to check on guest....great atmosphere and really amazing shakes. No kid meals but the hot dog I got for ny daughter and we shared an order of fries she was very content.
