Worst shake shack I've ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get our food, and my burger (which I've gotten at different shake shacks) glutened me even on the gluten free bun and separate tray. Worst service ever. Also only bathroom with a changing station is down a large flight of stairs. Horrible design.

Very attentive to gluten allergens and fast service. While the atmosphere is pretty lacking (cold and sterile corporate design) the food is always pretty good for a fast food place. Get the cheesy bacon fries. The regular fries are crinkle cut and tend to be dry. This place is usually very busy on Friday and Saturdays so try to go early, on those days or else get takeout instead. There is parking in the mall next door.
