Shake Shack Newington

I don’t usually review chain restaurants, but the staff at Shake Shack made such a wonderful impression that I had to share. They were incredibly nice, genuinely pleasant, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. My daughter has celiac disease, so we’re always a bit nervous about eating out, but the team here went above and beyond to ensure her gluten-free meal was safely prepared. The manager, kitchen staff, and cashiers were all so attentive—it honestly put us at ease. The food was great, but the warmth and kindness of the staff really made our experience special. P.S. The Parmesan truffle fries? Absolutely fantastic!
