Long story short. Our burgers almost touched which would have potential to make my wife sick.
The location was chosen by my wife who has celiac disease. It was chosen for its potential to be a gluten free eatery. However while she was making her selections, there was a allergy identification tool. When activated it identified the fries as not gluten free. This was our first red flag. The most basic of sides was not gluten free. Also because they have an allergy identification tool. This gluten avoidance has been identified as an allergy and not preference. I made my selections and we confirmed our order and paid. When the food was presented in the to go bag. My gluten bunned burger and my wife's gluten free bunned burger were very close to touching one another. Having a gluten allergy identifier and then displaying blatant disregard for said identified allergy is quite concerning. The food was very good.
