Shake Shack Sugar Land

Great food, but overpriced for what it is worth. They fully accommodated my gluten allergy so kudos for that.

There was an error between the kiosk and the kitchen, and my gluten free bun was not processed into the kitchen. The wait staff got the manager, and the manager had the kitchen completely remake the burger to put the most safety into my dietary needs. Some lesser quality places would simply take the burger to the kitchen, swap the bun and try to call it good not realizing that the rest of the burger is contaminated with gluten. Management was absolutely amazing, and completely remade the burger! This kind of service is why I keep coming back to Shake Shack!

Sub par burgers. You order alone at the tablet... Wait for it at a table and they bring it to you. I ordered a regular burger and my husband ordered another burger ... Both of our burgers looked the exact same!!!! And we kept talking like "are they the same?... No it's. Us..." "Man does yours have this sauce???" After we were hungry and just ate it all and went back to the tablet because we really thought man What the heck did we order?!?!? We looked at the tablet and our recept... And didn't get a single burger we ordered. And I'm gluten free. .... 😯😯😯 So .. that was a disaster... They only had 2 tables that were eating before us and no We won't here again.
