There was an error between the kiosk and the kitchen, and my gluten free bun was not processed into the kitchen. The wait staff got the manager, and the manager had the kitchen completely remake the burger to put the most safety into my dietary needs. Some lesser quality places would simply take the burger to the kitchen, swap the bun and try to call it good not realizing that the rest of the burger is contaminated with gluten. Management was absolutely amazing, and completely remade the burger! This kind of service is why I keep coming back to Shake Shack!
