I do not understand the negative reviews for this location. I came in on a Saturday evening to a packed parking lot and packed Shake Shack. I ordered on the website for the first time. It was ready before the time was up. Everything was prepared the way it was supposed to be including the customizations. The gluten-free bun orders were prepared separately with a sticker labeling their boxes. The staff was friendly. I had more than one person make sure that I had already been helped. The bathrooms were immaculate and smelled clean considering the high-volume of guests they serve. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will definitely be back! Also, if you like mushrooms definitely try the Black Truffle Shake Stack (the one with the burger). It is chef's kiss!
