Absolutely amazing gluten free pies. I was so excited to try as I haven't had one in about 20 yrs. They are everything you want in a pie, soft, dough, crispy and so flavorful. What a welcoming shop. The owner (I think) even wrapped up a piece for me to eat on the ride home as I dont live in Orleans. Definitely recommend for the celiac people and everyone else to give them a try!
