I’m gluten, wheat and dairy intolerant and shaman at the spinning wheel created the most amazing dish from scratch for me and the taste was sensational.
It was exceptionally vibrant and so beautifully, presented personally by the head chief who returned at the end of the meal to check everything was to my liking.
The entire staff where attentive, kind and caring, nothing was to much.
