If you want to have authentic Shanxi food, this is the place! Their Biangbiang noodle, Liangpi, which are gluten free noodles, are all great! They also have fresh made dumplings, which are the other dishes we have to order each time when we go. The only part I was disappointed today was their Stewed pork in the bun, stewed pork burger, has gone down. Hope they bring back the original Stewed pork!
