SRS - Cleveland

First off, I have Celiac Disease. Eating out at restaurants can be incredibly difficult. Layla was very knowledgeable and helpful about procedures while being graciously patient and reassuring as I asked questions. So rarely are we me with such astute assistance and I wish more restaurants would educate their staff as they have. She marked everything clearly in the order, went to the back to be sure that the kitchen was aware, and our order was promptly brought to the table by a freshly-gloved member of the kitchen whose job, I presume, isn't to run the food. An informed restaurant is worth it's weight in gold to a Celiac and my partner and I will be adding this location to our very small circuit of places we can eat at safely.

I ask about 5 times to tell the kitchen I have celiac and ask for them to just change gloves and not put my food with any bread. My food was never prepared with changed gloves because the guy from the kitchen brought it out with bread on my plate... Food safety is out completely 0.
