Shaw Cafe & Wine Bar

Jumped in out of the rain about 6:30pm tonight June 24. I tend to only take time for the positive reviews but it’s worth noting that the young man who served us, sandy blonde hair, was abruptly rude, especially for what little time he spent at our table. Everyone else around him hustled, smiled & was more than pleasant when we spoke to them. But this one needs work on customer service and stopping by their tables. The food was good but not enough quantity or variety on the charcuterie board. Could be a really top notch place based on the location! Our greeter was absolutely lovely, brunette female and knew our gluten free needs. I wish the brunette who sat us would have been our server.

Had a lovely late lunch here. A nice variety in the menu with many of the choices able.to be made gluten-free. The service was attentive and the good was good with a good portion at a fair price. I had the pene with added chicken, and my wife had the quishe. They have a nice wine list with lots of local choices. The upstairs patio is nice (if a little rundown). While we are, we enjoyed the view and listening to a woman who.played the cello on the boulevard below.
