Shawarma Twins

I had to check this out because it’s been the currently hyped up thing in town. And boy did they DELIVER. There was a line of course, but it moved at an alright pace. I ordered the mix shawarma bowl and shared the falafel with my wife. Given a 15-20 minute wait time, and they delivered in that range! They also confirmed the falafel is gluten free (I’d double check for those who are sensitive/have Celiac disease!) so long as it isn’t on a sandwich so I gave it a shot. The food looked excellent, and I love how they plated it. Very akin to what you see in the photos. But it tasted even BETTER. The seasoning on the chicken and beef is SUPERB, and generous. Both were cooked excellently, and plenty tender. The rice was flavorful and well cooked (not overdone), but didn’t fight for dominance. The vegetable assortment was wonderful as well, and shoutout to the pickles. Super crunchy, but a more mild pickle so it’s more textural than flavor. Overall, I’m very excited to have this place in town. It’s absolutely wonderful, the service is great, and the food is top 3 easily for all the other similar places I’ve been. If you’re on the fence, I HIGHLY recommend you try this place!
