Caution for those with CELIAC needing not just gluten free ingredients but also no cross contact. Tried their GF peach cheesecake and had a definite gluten reaction. Most likely cross contact - especially since the GF cheesecake was on bottom shelf of display case with all regular cheesecakes beside and above them. Not sure if GF items are made in same kitchen or what procedures they use to protect during prep and baking. May be fine for those slightly intolerant of gluten but definitely would not recommend for those with celiac.

Stopped in today get some of the cheesecakes I had seen online. Tried the chocolate so far and it's delightful. Nice and creamy not too firm with an oreo style crust. They also offered 2 different gluten free options which is so appreciated. Wish they had some dye free cupcake options, hopefully in the future. Give them a shot if in Shipshewana!
