Love their food! The shawarma bowls are delicious, so are the falafel sandwiches and fries. Also, special thanks to Mukesh who has twice prepared my orders to be celiac safe! He was careful to prepare my food with clean gloves, in a cleaned space, and using new veggies to limit cross contamination. Will definitely order from here again.

The guy working was very rude and not careful about the allergy I told him. I specified that the order was for highly celiac allergic person but they honestly didn't care. When the other employee touched our food and I asked to change it. They did change it but were rude about it. Also the spoons for gluten-free food, they were putting it casually on gluten stuff. Update: The person working today was amazing. He even took out fresh spoons and containers for gluten free order...if you are celiac or gluten free ask for Mukesh. Never had this amazing experience at Shelbys.
