The ice cream and choices are awesome! Also the serving sizes are more than expected. But when asked about gluten free options, their staff were more than knowledgeable. Not only asking about intolerance vs celiac but having answers for each! Highly recommended!

The kids running it do a great job, but man do people suck. I was elbowed out of the way multiple times this last visit by people just trying to get up to the counter. I know that sounds pretty whinny, but it's like this every time we go: compete chaos in the serving area. There should be a bit more organization or line or something. My little kids get knocked around by little old ladies. Cats chasing dogs. It's anarchy I tell you! So if you're ready for that, the ice cream is amazing. Heads up celiacs: it seems no one has explained what gluten free is to the kids working the counter. They'll pull the carton out and let you read the ingredients though.
