Shiki Japanese Thai Sushi Bar

So good. Possibly the best meal I've had in Tuscaloosa. I can't eat gluten but I called ahead and was told that they could do the hibachi meals gluten free. When we arrived at just after 5pm they said they didn't have any hibachi tables open but could prepare our food in the back and bring it to a table. So, that's what we did. I got steak hibachi and they were able to make gluten free fried rice using gluten free soy sauce. And, left off some of the other sauces they usually include. Even with modifications it was excellent. We will definitely be back.
