Explained to them gluten free issues but they served a salad with croutons and fries cooked in batter. Steak was cold and chewy

On vacation in CO and was recommended by our hotel. Service was amazing and our server Daton was very knowledagable and accomodating. With having Celiacs disease and a severe dairy allergy, he made sure everything was safe to eat and we really appreciated it. Excellent 10/10 service.
