I have had Sushi all over the country (L.A., NY, Seattle, San Diego, etc.) and have developed strong opinions about the restaurants I've been to. Normally I would be hesitant to eat at a sushi place as far inland as Wyoming, but we frequent Jackson every year and thought it would be worth a try.
The food was amazing.
The chef is extremely knowledgeable and put together a unique and amazing menu. We ordered a few items that were listed on the menu first before we gave him free-run to make us whatever he'd like. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.
My fiancee is celiac, but he worked around her gluten allergy easily without sacrificing the quality of the food.
I could not have been more impressed.
