I had a great experience at Shipp Brothers today. I have celiac disease and the server, Brittany, and owner, Rob Shipp, could not have been more accommodating with helping me find food that I could eat. Fish tacos in a bowl with commercially made corn chips with pica were great. Brussels sprouts are normal deep fried. Shipp Brothers made them in a skillet, so they were gluten free. My husband, who can eat all the gluten he wants, had a super good burger. Rob also help me find a gluten free drink and gave me a Wild Tea Blueberry to try. Very good! Can’t thank this restaurant enough for making my meal exceptionally enjoyable.
