Omission is not deception - I was charged $31 for a 12” gluten free cheese pizza with peppers and onions that was supposed to be a 20” pizza. I called and spoke with Peter who told me that a large gluten free pizza is only 12”, not 20” and that omission is not deception when I told him that was not on the menu. Further conversation led to frustration when he told me that everyone else who orders pizza from them already knows this.
